About Ken Couture

I'm originally from Chicago and moved to Las Vegas in October 2003. I got my real estate license in April of 2003 so I've seen the market at it's peak in 2007 and valley in 2012. I've worked with several asset management companies during the foreclosure years and have closed hundreds of short sales as well. After brokering another company for a few years I opened my own office in 2012. My mission is to change peoples lives through helping them with their real estate needs, from buying their first home to helping investors build their portfolios to create long term wealth. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile and delivering services above our clients' expectations. We work for 5 star reviews and creating customers for life. A friend of mine shared the EXP business model and immediately saw the potential not only for myself but for the agents in my office. The business model was something I couldn't offer as a small independent brokerage. I've seen a similar business model from other companies and I'm glad someone finally figured out how to make it work for real estate. I am very blessed to be part of this incredible company.
