Our experience with Real Estate first started when we purchased our first home at 19 years young. We lived in that home for 2 years and fixed a few things up along the way. We sold the home after the 2 years of living there and made a good profit! After that experience at such a young age, we knew that Real Estate was the path we wanted to take. Our second home was a mini-farm on an acre of land. We turned the carport into a garage and made an abundance of changes to the property and sold the home for another decent profit. We are now proud owners of a duplex and looking to invest in more properties.
