Kelly comes to the Realty ONE Group team with over six years of real estate experience. Kelly has 30 years experience managing major projects for the Department of the Navy and almost eight years experience as an Information Technology specialist with the Department of Treasury. Kelly is certified in Program Management, Business, Financial and Cost Estimating and has over 24 years experience negotiating multi-million/billion dollar aircraft and missile contracts for the Department of Defense (DoD). She also is the owner of a local small business, Myrtle Beach Electric Bikes. Kelly comes from a military family and has an extensive background working with and managing military officers (Navy and Marine Corps) and civilian employees. Kelly always had a desire to be in real estate from a very young age. Growing up, she worked for a real estate lawyer, a construction company and several of her family members were real estate agents so in runs in her blood. In fact, she got her first real estate license in Virginia when she was just 22 but with her management position at the DoD, it did not allow for any extra time to pursue her passion. She grew up in waterfront communities and enjoys all water sports, golfing, boating, bowling, riding horses, riding her Harley and now riding her electric bike. In her downtime however Kelly�EUR(TM)s favorite pastime is in the care and enjoyment of her two dogs, her home and her REALTOR husband of 27 years. Kelly has a keen eye for a home's potential to include home improvements, home preparation for selling, and specializes in assisting homeowners in ensuring a property shows at its maximum potential for maximum interest and maximum price. She also has a keen sense of detail which contributes to her ability to match her clients with the right home and ensures they are not stressed and are super excited to sell or buy their home.
