I've been selling Real Estate in the Portland area for over 20 years. I work with Sellers, Buyers and Investors and handle all types and price points of Real Estate. One area of expertise is in distressed sales - helping homeowners transition through foreclosures and short sales, as well as listing foreclosed homes for banks. Also love helping investors find great deals for flipper and new construction projects. In addition to selling Real Estate - I also am the Managing Broker as well as one of the owners at our Market Center. LOVE helping others achieve their goals! When I'm not selling Real Estate I can most often be found at my church - we are a small community church and everyone wears many hats. You could find me anywhere from playing the piano and singing, to running the social committee, at a Trustees or Elders meeting, baking treats for coffee hour or even changing the decorations. When not working or at church - I go to Maui to recharge and hope to live there some day.
