With an extensive design background, Kelly brings a sharp eye to each transaction. She sees the potential others often don't see in properties and will search long and hard to find the diamond in the rough for her clients. On the listing side, Kelly excels in preparing a home for the market. Whether bringing in full staging, or more simply arranging and updating what is already in the home, she makes it her mission to have every home looking it's absolute best before hitting the market. After receiving her Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing, along with a second degree in Fashion Design, Kelly went directly into working for a local architectural firm here in Southern California. While there, she worked in the design department on projects for large developers, such as the Irvine Company. The level of quality demanded was high, and she always made sure to meet or exceed those expectations. Later when she dove into real estate, she was able to bring these disciplines to the industry. With 9 years as a licensed real estate agent, as well as time spent as a real estate transaction coordinator, Kelly knows the ins and outs of contracts. She is able to guide her clients through the negotiations, as well as the escrow process, with ease and knowledge. Born in Southern California, Kelly has a love for this local community and lifestyle. She bases all client relationships on trust and conducts her business with the utmost level of honesty and transparency.
