She has worked on multi-million to billion dollar M&A, capital markets and private fund transactions, and brings extensive contract negotiation experience to her real estate broker role. Born in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong, Kay went to high school in Boston and attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate. She received a B.Sc. in Economics from The Wharton School, and a B.A. in History from the College of Art and Sciences. Kay also holds a J.D. from Penn Law and is admitted to practice law in New York. She is at ease in any setting and is comfortable assisting clients from a wide range of backgrounds. She is passionate about food, so much so, she founded one of the first farm-to-table Chinese restaurants in the city, garnering significant press attention and commercial success. Her other interests include reading history books, travel, and practicing Ashtanga yoga. She made New York her home in 2006 when she moved to the city to work as an attorney. Living in different neighborhoods has given her broad knowledge of the most desirable and up-and-coming areas. Kay, her husband and two sons currently reside in a brownstone in Fort Greene.
