About Katie Johnston

Katie is a true local, born and raised in Hudson Bend, in Northwest Austin, and graduate of Lake Travis High School. She graduated from St. Edward's University summa cum laude. While her adventures have taken her all over the globe, the Lake Travis area is still home. Having closed tens of millions in real estate over the past several years, she provides clients with compelling value in the process of buying or selling their properties. First, she has encyclopedic knowledge of the area and its neighborhoods. Second, she personally manages transactions at all stages, so her experience in handling any challenges along the way is focused on you. She does not farm out your transaction to junior agents. Finally, she values building long-term relationships with her clients, whom she values as neighbors and friends. Katie is a member of KW Luxury and Land divisions. Her expertise runs the gamut from transitional farm and ranch development, to luxury waterfront properties and everything in between.
