About Kathy Wilson

A Little About Me.... My career in real estate began after I sold my restaurant, Sonny's Italian Pizza & Pasta. I focused on mergers and acquisitions or in the "trade" became a business broker. I recognized the importance of working with a "pro" and knew how important it was to work with someone who could really manage expectations! I consider myself qualified to say that attention to detail, an ability to work with many diverse people, stay focused on the task at hand and perseverance are my better qualities. I enjoy helping people sell their property or search for and find the right home or property for their needs. There is no search too difficult for me and my previous experience in law enforcement and governmental relations provides my clients with the edge they need in today's market. I recently remarried, a wonderful man, Keith Sietsema who sells building materials in the Reno-Sparks area. Between the two of us, we know market trends and work to stay ahead of the curve for you. We have a great blended family of a grown daughter and two grown sons. I love to ski, golf, fly fish, ride bicycles, walk, and act in community theater.
