About Kathy Hazzard

Kathy is a multi-talented and powerful individual who has been in real estate for eight years. In her lifetime, she has been involved in multiple international projects, contributing to global phenomena whose impact continues to be felt. She has toured the world: visiting 72 countries and living in Stockholm, Sweden for eight years where she became fluent in Swedish. She is a member of FIABCI, the prestigious international group of real estate professionals in sixty (60) countries, and CAREA, (Chinese American Real Estate Association.) Kathy has worked alongside her family as a project manager in the first of its kind non-profit: serving the homeless, physically & mentally-challenged as well as abused women and children of Jamaica, Queens, NY. Together, they built an award-winning $9 million affordable housing complex comprised of 34-units. It was given special recognition by Queensboro President, Helen Marshall. Outside of real estate, Kathy has fou
