US Diplomat brat, born in Colombia, lived in the Dominican Republic, Mexico City, Switzerland & Spain. Spent most of my early childhood years living in between Mexico, Korea & the Philippines, yes, that back and forth did have me loosing many toys on flights and trained me to be able to acclimate to the various cultures, languages and allowed me to make amazing friends that would be my family. Miami was always a second "home base", my mother's side of the family is Colombian, so Miami was home to most of my 87 cousins and to the "boss", my "abuela Ana". Miami became home during my college years, began my Marketing and Production career in Miami, working for a 24/7 Spanish News broadcasting network. I got married had 2 boys, moved to Spain where I was a broker-agent and clientele was English-Irish, my niche was to find their dream home, rural and/or new developments specializing in the Costa Blanca region. Help them settle in, from helping with doctor's appointments to completely renovating their homes. The housing market crash in Spain sent my family and I back to Miami where I worked with the Hospitality and Tourism industry. I ran an in-room 24/7 TV channel airing within Hotels in Greater Miami and the Beaches and Cruise Ships, promoting local attractions, restaurants, night life, things to do in Miami and "Miami & Beaches Real Estate Previews", I produced a monthly Real Estate segment featuring the top dogs in Miami, featuring the most important local Real Estate developers, architects and top producing agents. Real Estate was something I truly enjoyed, loved seeing the happiness in my clients and being there to help every step of the way, this is why I have chosen to go back to what once drove a spark in me. I am passionate, hardworking, fearless and take pride in every project I undertake, strive to really sink my skin in the game. I know Miami very well, the area, the developers, the goods and the questionable and can't wait to help more families begin new chapters in their lives.
