Having a 22 year background in the Home Building industry, Karin brings a strong knowledge of construction, marketing and customer service. Now 16 years with RE/MAX, Karin consistently maintains a very high rate of referral and repeat business as a testament to how well she serves her clients. Karin leads a team of talented Agents, The My Charlotte Team, recognized as one of the leading teams in the Carolinas as a RE/MAX DIamond Award Team. Karin has achieved RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards. She is now a two time recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum Award for Achieving in excess of $250,000 in earned commissions in 2017 and 2018. Karin enjoys spending time with her grown children and her first grandchild. After having relocated to Charlotte from Upstate New York, she still bleeds Orange and follows SU football, basketball and lacrosse and is thrilled to have them in the ACC with several games each year played closer to the Charlotte area.
