I have been blessed to have a career that allows me to give back to my community and to help those who are transitioning into a new direction.� I have been in Residential Real Estate for sixteen years, nine of those years as a Broker. During the past 17 years I have been a multimillion-dollar producer with hundreds of closed transactions.� Although this is a measurement of performance, what I have enjoyed most is working with people from all walks of life and helping them through the process. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, my work experience included working at a Fortune 500 Company in several positions that included Administration, Management, Customer Service and Sales.� I managed a local Franchise Fitness Center, and I have owned a Residential Property Management Company. �My goal in representing my Client's best interests encompasses several aspects that include determining market trends and conditions through analysis of statistics, marketing and advertising, staging, guiding my Client through the sale process via negotiations, meeting deadlines, and coordinating 3rd party contractors, all with a strong foundation of communication.� My commitment to the Real Estate field has included participating on the local Knoxville Board of Realtors Ethics and Arbitration Committee, Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. �I am committed to continuous, personal improvement through education, which has given me the opportunity to earn several designations to better serve my Clients that include:� PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRES (Senior Real Estate Source), RENE (Real Estate Negotiating Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). I have been a resident of East Tennessee for twenty years.� I live, play, work and give back to my community.� I believe in treating others the way I would want to be treated in every aspect of my life.� I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in your transition into a new direction.
