Karen enjoys her career as a real estate salesperson and being able to effectively service both sellers and buyers. Her focus is always on the needs of her clients, their wants, their individual circumstances and how she can guide them through a successful transaction. Bringing together a client's needs and expectations, market conditions and the other party's considerations gives her great satisfaction! Using her skills as a listener, a negotiator and a problem solver, as well as her professional training, enables her to achieve their mutual goals. As a local resident for almost 30 years, a wife and the mother of three children who grew up here and graduated from Yorktown High School, Karen has come to know the area and the people in it. During this time she has enjoyed volunteering with a number of local organizations, including the Mohansic, Crompond, Mildred Strang and Yorktown High School PTAs and Yorktown Huskers. She also volunteered with the YYSC, YAC and Mohansic Girls Basketball. Karen�EUR(TM)s current affiliations are Strike Out Cancer and the Friends Of Karen. Some personal interests include a book club, sports, and movies. She is an avid fan of a day (or more) at the beach. Karen services the Northern and Central Westchester and Putnam Counties. She is affiliated with the Hudson Gateway Area Realtors® and the NY State and National Association Of Realtors®. Karen is also licensed in the state of Connecticut and participates in the SmartMLS.
