MY PHILOSOPHY I believe in putting the client first, listening, responding, and caring. I provide professional real estate consultation, going above and beyond by providing concierge services for my out-of-town clients and those new to their neighborhoods. I have a great network of mortgage brokers, landscapers, licensed contractors, handymen, and cleaners. I keep up-to-date by taking many courses each year and enjoy expertly guiding my family of clients successfully to their real estate closings and home improvements. I went to the University of Waterloo where I met and married the love of my life. My husband, an engineer was moved to California where our children were born. After my children started school, I became a licensed Realtor in Florida, where we still live today. I love meeting people, traveling, staging and marketing homes, entertaining, going to the movies, reading, and playing all sorts of games (MahJongg, logic and strategy board, and card games). I also love gardening just not here in South Florida where I feel it is best to just landscape.
