About Kandy Franklin

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me! I am a lifetime resident of the DFW area. My hometown is Grand Prairie, TX. I received my BA Degree from University of Texas at Arlington. I have been married 40 years to my best friend and husband, Val Franklin. We have 4 children and 6 grandkids. We are very active in our church and part of the music ministry. We also are blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of Reconcilers Prison Ministry where we are able to go into the Texas state prisons to share God's love and bring hope. I worked for Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant for 20 years, so I have many years of customer service background. I consider myself a people person, so transitioning from the airline industry into real estate allowed me to continue serving others. I became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2003, and I have been a part of the Keller Williams DFW office my entire real estate career. I am a 40-year resident of my service area. I believe, as a Realtor, if I take good care of my clients and look out for their best interests then the rest will fall into place. I have always said when I am in the business just for a paycheck as opposed to wanting to sincerely help my clients and build a relationship, then it is time to get out. I am blessed to have a strong referral and repeat business due to relationships I have built through the years. My responsibility is the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and attention to all real-estate needs. I work for my clients, and I will do my best to make your home selling or buying experience meet your satisfaction.
