My Real Estate Career began in 1991 in the appraisal department of a family owned savings and loan in Northern California, where I met my husband. In 1994 we decided to start our own Residential appraisal firm in the greater Lake Tahoe area. In 2006 I earned my broker's license and began counseling clients in real estate investing. In 2015, we relocated to the Chico area where I began to focus full time on real estate sales. The skills I learned as a Real Estate appraiser enable me to offer a unique perspective on the greater Butte and Tehama county markets. I have a skillset that allows me to counsel my clients on strategic pricing to accomplish their real estate goals. In 2018 I acquired my certification with IASP, the International Association of Staging Professionals. My services include an appraisal style Comparative Market Analysis, professional photographs for your listing, and a professional staging consultation.
