I'm seeking to connect with builders, developers, remodelers and those who aspire to create residential communities throughout the world, especially those local to or considering expansion to the greater Phoenix metro, as well as those who have built or have a desire to build in certain particular international second home markets in the Americas and Caribbean as well as Asia. I'm passionate about improving the lives of those around me through the purchase or sale of real estate and land, in Arizona and anywhere in the world. Prior to my career in real estate, I was the director of brand standards and quality for a luxury international hotel chain (AMResorts, based in Mexico). I look forward to each opportunity to provide outstanding service with my sales and marketing expertise and my background in the world of high-end resorts. Working with both buyers and sellers, I'm particularly adept at working with home sellers: resale, new homes and luxury. In addition to my diverse marketing toolkit with a heavy emphasis on digital and social media and tips and tricks from luxury hospitality branding, it is my relationships with a bank of international direct buyers, investors, developers, and realtors that create a perfect environment for finding buyers for homes, whether tract home or a very unique opportunity. With over 200 people on average relocating to Maricopa County daily, I believe that selling the lifestyle and community is just as important to crafting the narrative of a home, and in doing so assists homebuyers, sellers, and organizations with all of their relocation needs and services. I hold several real estate designations including as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). I'm also a Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors 40 Under 40 nominee (2017), and in the top 2% of realtors in the Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) by sales volume. I'm an MBA graduate of Cornell University and NTU of Singapore, specializing in hospitality and marketing, and I have a bachelor of science from Rutgers University. I'm a past President of the Cornell Hotel Society of Arizona. I'm bilingual in Spanish and I have previously lived in Mexico, China, and Singapore.
