About Julia Hoagland

Julia and her team are known for being innovative and thorough. The Julia Hoagland Team has received numerous awards including ranking #1/2/3 in their office 2013-2019 and nationally ranked top 1% by RealTrends for 2020. The problem-solving skills and attention to detail Julia developed during her electrical engineering studies, and subsequently as Vice President and Director of Marketing at two leading Wall Street firms led her to formulate the Julia Hoagland Team's core principle: comprehensive market analysis creates competitive advantages for buyers and sellers. Julia is recognized as a leader in her field and is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). Julia serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate Finance Research at NYU, is an active member of the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate international affiliation, and holds a chapter seat in the Women President's Organization. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, as well as one of 400 REBNY certified New York Residential Specialists (NYRS), which comprises less than 5% of all licensed residential professionals in New York City; she also serves on the NYRS Executive Committee. Julia is also a REBNY-accredited Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). A graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and the Colorado School of Mines, Julia is as driven in her personal life as she is in her professional life. She has completed seven marathons and climbed Mt. Rainier in Washington, Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, and Mt. Fuji in Japan. Julia has traveled to over 40 countries, building an international network of social and business contacts that create unique and beneficial connections for Julia Hoagland Team clientele.
