About Julia Gran

Julia Gran is a long-time resident of Riverdale. An avid history buff with a love of the area, she has a vast knowledge of Riverdale, The Bronx, Manhattan, and Westchester. She has been a vocal advocate for preserving the neighborhoods' many parks and green spaces where she can regularly be seen walking her dog. Julia is an award-winning artist and designer that graduated from Parson's School of Design. She incorporates her designer's eye when finding just the right fit for both clients and properties. She loves painting and you may run into her working on a landscape at Wave Hill. The attention to detail that she has honed as an artist is used to fulfill her clients' requirements. Julia is a member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
