Joshua is originally from Great Neck, NY and has lived in Manhattan for many years. He currently resides downtown in the West Village. Joshua attended the University of Buffalo and graduated from Queens College. Prior to focusing full-time on real estate, he founded and ran a tailgate catering company with partners. In his leisure time, Joshua loves playing and following sports, relaxing on a beautiful beach, and traveling around the world, his lifelong passion.
