Blasting straight out of the Indiana cornfields, Josh did just as the notorious Texan bumper sticker describes �EURoeI wasn�EUR(TM)t born here, but I got here as fast as I could�EUR�. Josh is truly passionate about being a Texan and a San Antonio resident, as he has created a little wake for himself in regards to his dedicated service and community involvement. Before his full time career in real estate, Josh�EUR(TM)s wealth of experience began by managing multi-million dollar properties at the young age of 20. From there, he acquired his consultant license and accreditation for financial and debt counseling where he really enhanced his natural born role as a fiduciary consultant. While servicing several of his clients nationwide and assisting so many families on how to work out plans to rid themselves from consumer debt that�EUR(TM)s when his first start into the mortgage world and short sales caught on! Working with many San Antonio law firms that specialized in bankruptcy, Josh jumped into action and started working out the details of the new legislative programs handed down within the BAPCPA so that his family�EUR(TM)s non-profit credit counseling agency could grow to be the largest in San Antonio. It was as this stage in his very young career he learned to navigate the legal and muddy waters of homeowners struggling w/ mortgage defaults and other problems that he could started finding solutions to. Josh will say that he credits his strong Christian faith up bringing in that he would absolutely have to start giving back and doing so on a big scale. He began to help out with the San Antonio homeless transition center by teaching budgeting and money management classes. His other past community efforts included assisting Habitat for Humanity, assisting the build of a community playground and working with the Community Housing department. Early on during his real estate career, Josh sat on the board of directors as the active Treasurer for Hearts and Hands, a 501 (c)(3) organization that provides financial and volunteer support through fundraisers and other social events to San Antonio�EUR(TM)s local charities, most notably the American Cancer Society, Returning Heroes Home and Camp Discovery for kids. Closely within the same time frame whenever Josh had any time left, he also served on the AHA (Agents Helping Agents) committee at Keller Williams whose mission statement is to provide support both financially and emotionally to any fellow Keller Williams agents and their families in times of need. Living by abundance through simply serving and giving back time and time again his biggest achievement today is that he currently resides as the President of a 501(c)(3) motorcycle organization that serves to protect and be an answer to pray for San Antonio�EUR(TM)s abused and neglected children. That organization is named Guardians of the Children and the San Antonio Chapter which is also the mother chapter helped spur up over 54 other chapters across the country and 14 in Canada! Almost 70 children to date have been �EURoeadopted�EUR� into this organization and Josh AKA �EURoeBoggsy�EUR� leads this chapter of almost 55 active members into battle everyday to protect children against child abuse and perform public awareness campaigns so that the community can do the same. Josh has been married to his amazing beautiful wife Norma for 17 wonderful years and they have three adorable boys (22, 15, 8). Josh and his family are HUGE Spurs fans and really enjoy attending games when they can. Bowling, camping and watching movies on their in-home movie theater are also a few things they enjoy doing as a family to pass the time. In addition, they are all naturals at swimming and can usually be found around any of the three large water parks located here in San Antonio on any given weekend.
