EXPERIENCE Joe has been licensed since 1979 marketing residential real estate investment property. He has consistently been a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER. While being associated with Century 21 from 1979 to April 1999, Joe received the CENTURION AWARD from Century 21. Only 2% of the 70,000 Century 21 agents receive this coveted award. To receive this award, an Associate must achieve a specified, high level of performance. He was also recognized in the April 7, 1997 issue of Business First Newspaper, as one of the top selling agents of Louisville. His top priority is to give the best possible service to his clients, and his hard work has not gone unnoticed. Century 21 awarded Joe the Quality Service Award, for giving his clients the service they deserve. Effective April 1999, Joe became affiliated with RE/MAX Professionals. In every year since then, he has been a member of the 100% CLUB due to his hard work and sales effort. In March 2003, he was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, after being with RE/MAX for only 4 years. This is awarded only to a select group of high-producing RE/MAX Sales Associates. Joe moved to RE/MAX Associates in December 2004, where he has put together one of the top 10 SALES TEAMS with RE/MAX in the STATE OF KENTUCKY.
