Hello, my name is Joleta Wesbrock. My Mission is the make your real estate transaction easy to understand, free of stress and at times, even fun. My goal is to exceed your expectations and provide you will the full service you deserve. I am honored to have received the Sales Person of the Year award for 2019 along with receiving the President's Award of Excellence for my 90 transactions closed. What does this mean to you? That I work hard to make sure each and every transaction closes so my clients are happy in the end and have achieved their real estate goals. Customer relationships are at the heart of what I do. If you don't feel that I've built a strong relationship with you by the time I've sold your home or sold you a home, then I haven't done my job. I love what I do in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Every transaction is different and I help each client/customer in different ways that fit their needs. I work with my clients and customers from start to finish for each and every transaction and you can easily get a hold of me when needed.I am starting my 16th year as a Realtor. My company is the largest in Central Wisconsin, and am proud to be a top producer at Coldwell Banker Action Realty, selling over 14 Million in homes in 2019 and closing 90 transactions. I love working with both sellers and buyers. Each side of the transaction presents different challenges and I am here to walk you through it the entire way. My past reviews reflect that I am readily available to my clients and customers and easy to talk to. I have built strong relationships with my clients and enjoy what I do. I have a passion to work with people and helping them find their dream homes. My slogan is "Guiding You Home" and that is exactly my plan with every buyer and seller. I am married with 3 children. My oldest daughter is a teacher for Autistic children in New Jersey. My middle daughter is currently at UW Madison getting her Doctrine in Physical Therapy and my 20 year old son is serving in the United States Air Force, currently deployed in Japan. We have always lived in Central Wisconsin, enjoying our Northwoods cabin and living just outside of Wausau, WI. I love to golf, go camping and fishing and boating. I am a member of the Optimist Club and served as Chairman for the Youth Optimist Committee for 7 years and a Fundraiser Leader for the United Way in Wausau, WI. I enjoy volunteering for my local community and helping others.I look forward to working with you and helping with your real estate needs as well.
