He has set numerous sales records in San Franciscos emerging neighborhoods, including price-per-square-foot records in Noe Valley, Bernal Heights, Alamo Square, Russian Hill and several important condominium and cooperative apartment buildings across the city. John is focused on selling properties in various price ranges, with most of his transactions in the $2 million to $10 million range, where the market is most active. John currently lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
