About John O'Brien

John O'Brien was born and raised in Maryland and moved to Florida in 2006. He comes from a background of 14 years in Retail Electronics Sales, 6 years in Infrastructure support, and 14 years in Quality and Regulatory Consulting in the Medical Device Industry and brings Certifications as a lead auditor to ISO 13485:2016, a Certified Auditor to the Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) as well as extensive knowledge with the requirements of FDA Regulation 21 CFR 820. He also has training certificates through the Association of the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) in Risk Management, Process Validation, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Human Factors and many more. Most of his working career was spent working one on one with customers and clients which has allowed him to develop excellent customer service skills. These qualities will go well when working with his real estate clients. John O'Brien received a 2 year education from the Florida Bible Institute (FBI) and graduated as class valedictorian. He also has served on the church board for the last 6 years and has been involved in making financial decisions for the church as well as serving on the pastoral search committee to review resumes from over 100 applicants and interviewed several candidates who applied for the once vacant position as church lead pastor. These skills will serve as a great benefit in Real Estate as they require communication skills. John O'Brien entered the Real Estate world in order to be able to be his own boss and free up time to spend with his wife and family. The Real Estate industry is brand new to him but feels that his social and communication skills will go a long way in making him successful. Being a Real Estate Agent will help provide for his family and allow him to do the things he couldn't when he was working for someone else. John O'Brien is married and lives in Ruskin, Florida with his wife and 4 children. He spends his free time as a team dad and assistant coach for his sons youth football team. He also spends time taking his other kids to their activities such as gymnastics, karate, and camping with the Royal Rangers. He is an avid hockey fan and has been a season ticket holder for the Tampa Bay Lightning for the last 10. He has spent time on the missions field, 3 times in Jamaica and 2 times in the Dominican Republic . He loves spending time with his beautiful wife and makes sure they spend quality time alone without the kids throughout the year. He and his wife love going on cruises together and have been on 18 over their 19 years of marriage.
