Lifelong native Tennessean...I don't see a reason to live anywhere else! Coming from a family with eight children, my parents continually emphasized the value of hard work and a sense of accomplishment. They always said "if you possess enough drive and determination, you have the power to make good things happen". My parents instilled me with a strong work ethic at a very young age. From my personal life to my professional life, the lessons I learned while growing up, I carry with me to this day. I worked in the insurance industry from 1980-1985 and for the Federal Government (as a computer geek) from 1985-1993. I began my full-time career in Real Estate the same year I was licensed, in 1993. I'm a Broker, CRS, e-Pro and was a founding co-owner at the Keller Williams Nashville Market Center in Green Hills. I specialize in residential real estate, and I'm exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in new home sales, commercial, retail, and land acquisitions. A substantial portion of business comes from referrals via clients. I'm well connected in the local community through non-stop networking and participation in an exclusive 'breakfast club' of 25 other Realtors from other well-known companies. >> From My Clients
