Joel Newton comes from the Mortgage Financing industry with over 32 years of experience in the Residential mortgage industry and has funded over $2.5 Billion in closed real estate loans in his career. After consistently being recognized as a top producing mortgage originator, Joel is now bringing both his expertise and extensive knowledge of the Westside market to real estate. Over the last 35 years, he has resided in Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and Westwood. Joel now lives in Westwood with his wife and two young daughters. In his spare time, you can find Joel going to the beach in Malibu or up to the mountains to ski with his family. Joel works with the Mark Grether Group as an Associate Partner out of the Beverly Hills and Malibu office.
