About Joe Malerba

A little about Joe. Joe started working in the real estate field at 22 years old as a property manager. Then in 2010 he joined forces with Marianne Malerba as seasoned agent with 20 + years of experience. They created the Key Team with Joe as the Leader. He is an entrepreneur at heart and therefore looks at real estate with an investment eye for his clients whether buying their first home or their 5th. He owns both residential real estate and commercial properties as well as owns many rental units. HE is has the energy that is engaging and loves all aspects of the real estate world. He not only has the experience that will make a difference but also works hard on behalf of his clients. His clients think he is out standing.
