About Jocelyn Vas

Jocelyn is a native Washingtonian currently residing in Capitol Hill. She started as a property management specialist, she continued and has been a Realtor since 2012 in the DC, MD, and VA area, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors to ensure her clients' happiness all throughout the whole process. Coming from a family of real estate attorneys, Jocelyn was immersed in the industry at an early age, giving her a leg up with regard to savviness, creativity, and negotiating tactics. Through her lifetime in real estate, she has built a vast network of committed resources to ensure easy smooth transactions. With a degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master's degree as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Jocelyn has a unique skill set navigating clients through the emotional, nerve-wracking process of buying and selling homes. This working attitude of hers has helped her build a business based primarily on referrals and repeat clients. As an investor herself Jocelyn continuously researches and monitors changing trends of the local real estate climate. She takes ample time to review contracts and answer questions at all hours.
