About Joanne Durann

After a successful career in education, Joanne's passion for the Florida lifestyle and the Tampa Bay area landed her in Apollo Beach. Joanne has worked in the new construction field since her move to Florida from Pennsylvania and loved what she did. She has the drive to see that each client receives not only the best service possible when purchasing their new home, but her attention to detail in getting her clients what they really want so they will be delighted to live out their dreams there. Her clients have called her the most honest, hardworking, resourceful, and focused agent they know and she prides herself in that. She keeps working not only until the sale is over but continues after the sale happens and until the client is fully moved into the home. Joanne received her classroom training in real estate from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, has a certification from the University of Michigan in Negotiations, Certified Military Relocation Specialist, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Woman.
