As an independent broker, not a member of a team, she has worked with both sellers and buyers since starting her career in Real Estate. Prior to that, she was a builder's representative in Craeberne Forest subdivision in New Bern for 4 years, selling over 140 homes for the developer. After retiring from his job as a Commercial Sales Manager for Autozone in June, he joined his wife Joan in Real Estate sales. He has completed his last of his Post-License course requirements, and is now a full broker. Stephen is focused on customer service and has been awarded many times in the past for his outstanding customer service. A past business owner, he understands that focusing on customers needs and wants, and going the extra mile to obtain those needs is the basis for business success and referral clients. Stephen and Joan have been married for 44 years and have 1 son and 1 grandson. They have lived in New Bern since 2007. Prior to that, they lived in the Adirondack Mountain region of Northern New York for 35 years. Both served with honor in the U.S. Army where they met.
