Jillian consistently holds leadership roles spanning from Project Manager, Sales Director, Leasing Director to Associate Broker for over 35 new development projects, closing over $550 million in transactions. Since the start of Jillian's real estate career over a decade ago, she has been affiliated with New York City's top brokerages.Developers revere her honest and valuable insights. Jillian brings a unique proposition to the entire real estate process from conception to completion and is passionate about making each step a strategic choice that will lead to a smooth sale. She has sold and leased in ground-up new development and conversion projects. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Jillian holds a BA of Arts degree. She also took Continuing Education Coursework in Marketing and Interior Design at Wharton School of Business and Fashion Institute of Technology respectively, broadening her creative and aesthetic vision.
