Jill Kirsch comes to Brown Harris Stevens with over 30 years of experience in various real estate-related fields, including both a law practice and more than 20 years in the title insurance business. A skillful professional, Jill has an exceptional reputation for integrity and fair dealing. Her negotiating and problem-solving abilities ensure that deals go smoothly from contract to closing. As a lover of design, art, and architecture Jill uses her planning abilities to help customers test the feasibility of potential properties and helps them envision their new space. Jill graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Political Science. She received her law degree from University of Miami School of Law where she was president of the Real Property Law Group and received the Dean's "Women Who Make A Difference" Award. She is currently working towards a certificate in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce from Wharton School of Business Online and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from The Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU. When Jill's not at the office or studying, she's encouraging her friends and family to join her on unusual trips.....an ice hotel in Quebec.....summer skiing in Argentina.....canal barging in France. She loves to cook and will invent any reason to throw a dinner party. A former resident of the Upper East Side, Jill now lives in Park Slope with her husband and son. We were very fortunate to be able to work with Jill and Howard Kirsch in the purchase of our first home in Manhattan. To begin with, they took the time to educate us as first-time home buyers and went out of their way to understand our needs. They worked tirelessly on every aspect of the search from providing the information about the market in general and specific neighborhoods in particular, scheduling showings, and drawing our attention to the important details during each showing, to negotiating and putting together offer packages and purchase applications.
