Jessica began her illustrious real estate career in 2014 at another top New York City brokerage where she was awarded for successfully closing $40 million in transactions within her first 18 months at the firm. Fast forward to 2020, she acquired another project with the same developer, this time on a much larger scale with more than double the number of units. Once again, Jessica showed her resilience and strategic mindset, selling all 18 units amidst a global pandemic in just eight short months, once again raising the price per square foot in Bushwick, achieving $1,100 per square foot on a two-bedroom listing in the building.
