About Jessica DeKruiff

Don't let the 219 area code fool you! Jessica grew up just across the state border in Northwest Indiana and has been no stranger to Chicago prior to living in the 312. Jessica always knew she wanted to end up in real estate. As a child, touring new model homes was something she always looked forward to doing with her mom. Grabbing the Homes magazines on her way out of the grocery store was normal at 12 years old. Jessica understands the real estate process and knows how to get the transaction done smoothly, as evidenced by the numerous transactions she has previously closed and her long list of satisfied clientele. Jessica is well-versed in the many amenities Chicago has to offer. She's lived in ten different buildings all across the city. From Lincoln Park to South Loop, Lakeview to Humboldt Park, and Old Town to Bucktown, Jessica has seen it all and knows all the great coffee joints! Jessica received her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Purdue University Calumet in 2009 and went on to hold intern positions at several high profile companies. Following graduation, she worked for a global environmental company in the Communications Procurement departments. In both of these roles, Jessica worked with vendors to negotiate pricing on a variety of items, a skillset she uses extensively during real estate negotiations.
