Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler as a third-generation REALTOR� in 2005. Their team includes 5 full-time REALTORS�, 2 licensed closing coordinators, listing coordinator, professional home stager, and social media coordinator. They pride themselves in providing first class service whether you are buying or selling real estate in Rapid City or the Black Hills. In 2017 they closed 278 transactions and they are currently the top real estate team in the Black Hills. His 2018 average days on the market for listings was 26 compared to the market average of 42, and he received 99% of the asking price for listings versus the market average of 98%. Jeremy holds designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS�, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS�, and the National Association of REALTORS�. Jeremy and the team received the 2013 Chairman's Circle - Diamond Award, which is awarded to Individual Sales Professionals or Sales Professional Teams that have achieved a minimum of 150 Residential Units. He was also awarded the 2013 Annual Prudential Real Estate 100 Residential Units award which represents the top 100 sales professionals/teams in the entire Prudential Real Estate Network for Residential Units. Jeremy also serves on the Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity Site Selection Committee. Jeremy is part of the top 3% GCI of agents in Keller Williams for 2016. Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City. He married his bride, Amanda in 2005, and they have three children Lucas born in 2012 Madelyn born in 2014, and Gwyneth in 2017. They love the outdoors and all the Black Hills has to offer including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, hunting, camping, and boating.
