Jeremiah Vancans was born and raised in New York State where he worked beside his builder-carpenter father for many years developing his overall understanding of construction. He was also fortunate to have his family involved with real estate which gave him the opportunity to experience this field from a young age. Prior to joining Compass, Jeremiah worked extensively in the music and entertainment industry for Universal and Sony. He emerged from this high-pressure field with an understanding and expertise in marketing strategies, social media, customer service and strong contract negotiation.
