About Jenny Swain

I have been working in the real estate industry since 1991, with a strong focus on the west side of Madison, WI and surrounding communities. I have a degree in Interior Design from UW Madison, which means I can often help my clients envision a property's "hidden potential". I started my career working for a large local brokerage, then had the amazing opportunity to introduce Keller Williams Realty to the state of Wisconsin. It has been an incredible experience - building, training and coaching a high-functioning team of real estate experts, within a company known for it's high level of customer service and unwavering ethical standards. My clients appreciate my attention to detail, clear and prompt communication, straightforward approach, accessibility and genuine concern for their bottom line. I enjoy a strong referral-based business, where past clients trust me to take great care of their own family and friends. I schedule time off when I can to spend with my beautiful family, usually on one of Madison's gorgeous lakes or at home in front of a roaring fire.
