With practices in Northern Virginia and Sarasota, FL, Jeanne Marie brings more than 20 years of industry experience assisting buyers, sellers, & landlords. She purposefully develops strategic relationships with fellow agents, contractors, lenders, and industry talent to offer robust service to her clients. Jeanne Marie appreciates that communication and respect are perhaps the most important components of any transaction and strives to make sure her clients are fully informed about upcoming and available properties, buying and selling processes, contractual and procedural events, and current market conditions. Jeanne Marie holds several designations and certifications including, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Master Certified Negotiations Expert (MCNE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). She is pursuing the NAR Green Designation and previously held the Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations. As an Associate Broker, she has access to a higher level of education, training, and legal access than the average agent. When not working with buyers and sellers, Jeanne Marie is a voracious reader and loves the outdoors, from the white sands of Siesta Key, Florida to the beautiful elevation hikes in Virginia. She is also passionate about sustainability to keep those outdoor activities available for generations that follow.
