Jason Naggiar has excelled in the real estate arena since 2008, with six years spent in finance and the remainder of time in residential sales. To date he has sold over $200 million worth of property in Manhattan, and he continues to satisfy the needs of his buyer, seller and investor clients with his strong market knowledge and savvy. A native New Yorker, Jason specializes in all areas of Manhattan, with a focus on the Upper West and Upper East Sides, Flatiron, and the West Village. He earned a Bachelors degree in Finance at the University of Buffalo, and began his career as an International Equity Trade Specialist at Nomura Securities. Jason then went on to become Finance Manager at Tishman Speyer Properties. He segued his acute attention to detail in previous positions into residential sales at another prominent NYC brokerage in 2013 where he sold over $200 million of real estate in NYC before joining Compass. On the personal side, Jason is an avid sports fan. He also loves to travel, and spend time with family and friends.
