About Me Realtor with 18+ years of experience in buying, selling and investing in real estate spanning multiple states (DC, DE, VA, and CA). I have experience representing a variety of property types and conditions, from turn key, fixers, complete remodels, to ground up development projects. My current markets of speciality are LOS ANGELES and PALM SPRINGS. I also maintain an active client database of buyers and investors looking to get engaged in the Los Angeles and Palm Springs / Coachella Valley markets. As a real estate investor myself, I have "flipped" a number of properties. This has allowed me to help my clients by suggesting small, cost effective changes that put the property in the best light. I am also a designer and stager, which has allowed me to sell properties in just a few days for over asking. I treat every client�EUR(TM)s property as if it were my own, so before I even show a property I spend considerable time there making sure everything is in the appropriate place and that the house will have the best first impression possible. I hold Master Degrees in both Business and Information Technology and come from an 18+ year career in Information Technology and Sales with several Fortune 500 companies, which has enabled me to leverage the many tools and technologies that are available to both buyers and sellers in today�EUR(TM)s market. As a sales executive, I was responsible for million dollar quotas and managing relationships with key customers and Federal/State agencies. Part of my responsibility included the creation, management and fulfillment of large sales contracts, with each contract having it�EUR(TM)s own unique characteristics and challenges. This experience has served me well in my real estate career by enabling me to manage multiple parties, timelines and deliverables. Unfortunately many of these fundamentals elude many realtors today, which causes frustration and delays on both sides of the transaction. I am a firm believer in over communication. I don�EUR(TM)t believe in waiting for things to happen. So as you will see, I am not your average realtor. I am passionate about what I do and I love helping clients realize the best return on their investment.
