About Jane Gardner

It is important for Jane to be accessible at all times to all clients, most of whom are repeat customers or referrals. Integrity and discretion are touchstones of her business practice. Prior to her sales career, Jane earned a master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She grew quickly within the industry and served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance for a prominent New York City developer. In this role, she evaluated hundreds of ground-up, conversion and distressed development opportunities, analyzed pricing and absorption trends across the city, and collaborated with colleagues on floor plan and design decisions. Before pursuing her real estate passion, Jane worked as a fixed income research analyst at a top-tier investment bank. She graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics. Originally from Chicago, Jane has lived in Manhattan for almost fifteen years and currently resides in the West Village with her husband and two children."
