About Jan Sohlman

Jan is a full time principal real estate broker for over 33 years, who is a native Oregonian and has lived in Lane County full time since 1978. Prior to that she lived for brief periods in California and Alaska as well as short stays in Costa Rica. Being a mom of 2 grown daughters and a grandmother, she enjoys her family as well as many close friends. A veteran in the real estate business, Jan has specialized all of those years in Lane County, and 29 of them as a Principal Broker affiliated with RE/MAX. She has been in the Million Dollar Club for over 27 years. and served as the president in 2012. Aside from real estate, Jan enjoys time with friends, her miniature schnauzer Mandy, photography and creating relationships with new clients is a real passion for her. She was recognized as "Cub of the Year" in 2011 by the Eugene Downtown Lions Club, which she serves on the Executive Board as well. Because of her integrity and broad expertise, the majority of Jan''s business 97% is repeat and referral customers, who trust her to guide them through the complications of residential multi family real estate transactions. As a result, her areas of expertise are broad and her client base is multi-generational. I'm a Buffini member as well. Aside from real state, I enjoy time with friends, walking my dog, sail-boating, photography and meeting new clients.
