A licensed REALTOR since 1987, I have sold properties in Minnesota, Colorado and now in sunny Florida! My geographic area is the West Central Coast of Florida, which encompasses 6 counties: Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, Citrus and Manatee. The major Metropolitan area is Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater. The bulk of my business comes from referrals of past clients, customers, family and friends. Residential and vacant land is my expertise. I also hold a Florida Instructor License, teaching real estate law and practices to new licensee candidates.
