Im all about relationships, not transactions, and Ive been involved in real estate as a lender, investor, and broker for 25-plus years. Family is the most important thing to me, so I moved to San Diego ~13 years ago to be closer to my sister, Kim. I absolutely LOVE working and raising my son, Hudson, here. Prior to starting Downtown Condo Guys, I co-owned a mortgage brokerage named Bentley Capital in the Bay Area. I was born and raised in Atlanta (Dunwoody, actually). My mom, who we devastatingly lost to cancer in 2012, and dad, are the reason I love real estate so much. They would take my brother, sisters, and I for Sunday drives to look at homes for as long as I can remember, so I was exposed to real estate from a very young age. And now I use my lifelong experience and connections to help buyers and renters find homes they love.
