In 1995 I was teaching in Gwinnett County and found that although I had a passion for education I was unable to meet my financial goals. A friend from WCU encouraged me to pursue new home sales and with that I obtained my Realtor designation and jumped into the world of real estate. I sold new homes for D.R. Horton and Pulte Homes for a number of years and learned a wealth of knowledge about land development, construction and people. I spent a few years working as a sale manager for Novare Group, a visionary company that injected life back into midtown and Buckhead with condo developments such as Metropolis, Spire, Twelve Atlantic Station and Realm among others.Since 2008 I have been with KW Metro Atlanta and learned how much I love helping friends and referrals find their way home! I have listed and sold an assemblage of 44 town homes in Sandy Springs learning much about zoning, corporate investment and negotiations that provide a "win-win" for all parties. My tag line is "Uncommon Experience, Unmatched Service". My 24 years in real estate has provided me great experience in keeping relationships at the core of each conversation that leads to successful home sales. We all long to call somewhere home and I am fortunate enough to be a part of that most important process!
