About James Mulleady

My name is Jim Mulleady and I wish to show you the Northwoods! I grew up in St. Germain and I live on the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. I offer 15 years of Northwoods real estate experience and over 34 years of marketing experience. I graduated from here at Northland Pines and am very proud to have served (and continue to serve) on the school board here for over 10 years. I graduated from UW Stout with a BS in Industrial Technology. I went on graduate school and have an MBA - Marketing from DePaul University. Education is a passion of mine!We have 3 national forests, one huge state forest and 1000's of acres of county forest land. There are over 3000 lakes within 40 miles. Vilas County is "wettest" county in the US. That does not mean rain! That means that over 33% of our area is either lake, creek, river or wetland. We like to say that every third step your foot will be wet. With all of these lakes and all of that forest, we are blessed with the greatest natural resources! Let me show you the Northwoods! I will be happy to show youth area by boat, snowshoe, snowmobile or by any other means!
