About James Barry

James Barry came into real estate through his love of travel and experiences, both domestic and abroad. Growing up in NYC, James attended school at Poly Prep in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. It was here where he learned how to network with people from all five boroughs. His dedication, preparation and commitment landed him at Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania, where he led the football team as its captain for two years learning discipline and meticulousness. James earned his BA in Business Marketing and went on to play professional football in Europe, traveling to 12 different countries. These experiences, leading his collegiate team and moving to Europe, helped to develop James ability to prepare and execute a plan, handle pressure, and stay motivated and competitive. Having experienced other parts of the world, James love for the city has only grown stronger and the opportunity to meet and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures drives his passion for real estate business.
