There are a lot of opportunities to go the extra mile in real estate, since there are lots of moving pieces and every property and every client is unique. I work hard to make every real estate transaction a positive one, and one of the first steps to having a happy client is to keep everyone well informed throughout the process. I do my best to remember that I do this every day, but my clients don't, so talking them through the process helps them know how all the pieces fit together. I love what I do--I sell real estate and I work with both buyers sellers of homes, land, and commercial properties. My sellers get maximum internet exposure, buyers know the estimated value of a property before they offer.
