As a Realtor and Broker Associate here in San Diego, Jack's wealth of knowledge and experience allows him to serve people of all backgrounds. From helping young families buy their first home to consulting with empty nesters looking to downsize. To finding the perfect investment to finding the perfect Realtor to help his clients when they move out of the area. Jack's 20+ years of diverse real estate experience gives him a unique perspective few others possess. He works with investors as well and has successfully helped his clients complete both legs of their 1031 exchanges. His own investment experiences include undeveloped land, lower income rentals, luxury high rise condominiums, flips, and vacation rentals Jack believes "you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate." As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) he treats every one of his client's real estate transactions as if they were his own. Jack says "Go after what you want and protect it when you get it!" His motto is "Get Yours!" As a proud San Diego native, Jack is a devoted family man who treats life as an adventure. He served in the United States Air Force. In addition, he actively supports several charitable organizations including Team2Cure Huntington's Disease, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Helix Alum Assoc. Jack has also been featured as an expert guest on several podcasts and publications and has hosted radio shows on ESPN, KFMB & KCBQ.
